This is written right round a cycle of II-V-I chords, all as sevenths.

The tricky note to get seems to be the alto e natural at bar 9 (a major 3rd interval).

When the lyrics sing "bring me back to you", you have also come back to the first musical statement, the C maj7.

Sing it not too fast, with a lilt accenting each beat.
