In a shock announcement today, the Premier, Long Tin Leg, said he has
insulted the Eternal General and confimed that the Labour candidate for
the Bollocks bi-election was not under investilgation, and had in fact
spent the previous sixty nine years running a seminary in the Phillippines,
and over that period had not been accused of anything by the army. He
has lived in a cave in Sri Lanka formally(that is, in a dinner syoot),
and prior to that had been headmistress of a Presbyterian young lady in
the right suburb of a highly respectable tax deduction.
The Premier catagorically denied, saying it had taken five generations to breed a candidate both beyond belief (turns page), I'm sorry, that should read a candidate both beyond suspicion, and not under investilgation, in this day and new age when everyone else is!

Ms. Anne Tipodean admitted to cultivating a seven year carrot,
which she had regrown a total of eleven times. Ms. Tipodean is a member
of the (disdainful-rolled Rs) Underground Grassroots
Alliance Group. Police had been sent to her unit when she had refused
to buy her allocation of carrot seed from the Lend Lease store in her
